At the 1.07.2010 we make a restart from our priv. Clubs. This we doing in the Future at 2 Times in the Year.

Cleanning Clubs - Start on 1.05

On the 1.05 we start to cleaning our Clubs , from inactive Members. The Post Limit , we set on 4 Post this Year ... every Month 1 Post on our priv. Club. This is the minimum , that we say , he is a active Member or not. And 1 Post for every Month on this Year , is not to much. Member that invited later to this Club , must also post this 4 Post , to be an active Member.

2 Year , we try a System , that we invited interessted Members , but only 2 or 3 Times we have luck and we find on this Way , interessted Members. Now the Deal is .... minimum 1 Post every Month , till our priv. Clubs have 80 Members... more we can not invited , because Blogger.com set a Miximum of 100 Members of every priv. Blog.
After we have this 80 Members .... we change this Members , with Members taht post more Vids in our Forum , as Members that post Vids on our Club.

Pleas notice , that every Club a seperate. Postings in one Club , get no Activity Points in other Clubs !

Preview Blogs

We added Preview Blogs on our Club. Now you have for all of our Clubs different Preview Blogs. There we show some Cams , that we recorded, but only a Preview and no nude, because we want , that this Blogs are public and not deleted by Blogger.
If you intetessted in one of this Club , join our Forum , to get more Information !
For the Amateur Club is no Preview Blog , because there we show in the Future , priv. Session from Msn , Yahoo and Skype , postet our Member . So it we can not make Previews from this Cams ...

Neues Konzept

Seid 2 Jahren haben wir probiert , über unsere Groups bei Grou.ps, Leute zu finden, die wie wir Spaß daran haben, Cams zu recorden und diesen dann mit anderen zu tauschen. Leider stellte sich heraus, das 99 % unserer Member , das eher als Entertaiment Group verstanden haben und die wenigen, die dort Videos gepostest haben, konnte amn an 2 Händen abzählen.

Wir haben nun endgültig die Hoffnung aufgegeben, über das Grou.ps System, Member zu finden die die gleichen Interessen haben. Nun werden wir neue Wege gehn.

Erstaml werden wir alle member aus den Groups bei Grou.ps entfernen, so das nur noch die Admins in den Groups sind. Diese Groups werden von uns dann zum hochladen von Preview Vids benutzt. Bewerbungen sind hier also zwecklos.
Desweiteren werden wir alle Member die nicht in den priv. Clubs aktiv sind , auch dort entfernen. Wir wissen, das Aktivität relativ ist . Jedoch verstehn wir unter Aktivität, nicht das posten von 1 Vid alle 3 Monate.
Die , die wir vor 3 Wochen zu unseren priv. Clubs eingeladen hatten , hatten in der Zwischenzeit genügend Zeit , um ihr Interesse zu zeigen. Gibs es da Member ohne Post , werden auch die wieder entfernt.
Warum wir so vorgehen ?
Wir schauen uns das jetzt seid 2 Jahren an .... das was wir anbieten findet man in keinen anderen Groups, da unsere Vids selbst aufgenommen sind und nicht aus anderen Groups geklaut wurden. Schaust du in anderen Groups, findest du häufig Videos , die du überall findest. Genau das wollen wir nicht.
Was wir auch nicht wollen ist , daraus eine Pay Seite zu machen. Mit dem Marterial dürfte es nicht schwierig sein. Dieser Club soll das bleiben, was er ist : Eine Interessensgemeinschaft von Leuten, die andere gerne beim cammen zusehen, dabei recorden und diese Vids dann mit den anderen Membern zu tauschen.

In Zukunft ..... werden wir die Member einladen, die in unseren Forum Aktivität gezeigt haben und wo wir sicher sind , das sie recorden können. Und nicht wie bisher Member , die aus anderen Groups ein Vid bei uns posten und dann eingeladen werden möchten.
Uns sind die Anzahl unserer Member egal .... obs wie bisher 2.500 sind oder nur 10. Wenn die 10Member aktiv sind und Spaß dabei haben, dann geben uns diese mehr Motivation , als 2.500 inaktive Member.

Wie kommt ihr also in den priv. Clubs rein ?

Für alle Clubs gilt .... sie sind seperat zu sehen. Interessierst du dich, für den Stickam Club , mußt du Stickam Vids posten. Interessierst du dich für den Cam4 Youngsters Club, dann erwarten wir Vids vom Boys bis 19j. Bei den anderen Cam4 - Clubs müssen ebenfalls die Themen beachtet werden. Interessierst du dich für den Boy Club ... dann mußt du uns die Addy dieses Chats mitteilen und uns ebenfalls Recordings davon schicken.

Um das nochaml ganz klar zu stellen .... 1 Vid , ist keine Eintrittskarte für die priv. Clubs ! Wir suchen uns unsere Member nach deren Aktivität aus.

Next Week we profe the first Time after 4 Month , the Activity from our Club Member ! This we do every 4 Month....
All Members that have no Time to post in the last 4 Month a Vid on our priv. Club we kick and for this Member there is no Chance to get a secound Membership this Year. In the Next Year when we make new priv. Blogs , they can join again , to the new Clubs, if they show us Activity on the Rest of this Year.
Why we do that ?
There are some Reason ...

1. we not a Group , like some big Groups at Grou.ps , that you must pay for a Membership

2. we need no activity Member on the last Month, of this Year

3. we have only 50 Place for Member at our priv. Blogs

4. we want give another active Member a Chance to be a Part of our priv. Clubs

Aufnahme Bedingungen : Aktivität in der entsprechenden Basic Group : Cam4 - Basic


Regeln:

• Jedes gepostete Vid ist ein Aktivitätspunkt. Dieser wird unter den Label mit den entsprechenden Nick des Member gelistest. Von Zeit zu Zeit werden diese Aktivitätspunkte in unseren Datenbanken übertragen.
• Jedes Mitglied hat selbst dafür Sorge zu tragen, das seine Vids mit seinen Nick versehen werden, wenn er sie hochlädt.
• Die Datenbank listet die Member entsprechend ihre Aktivitätspunkte.
• Hat ein Member auf Platz 50 einen Aktivitätspunkt und es ist ein Refresch Tag ( Datum siehe oben ) und es ist ein Member gelistest , der in einer der Basic Group 2 Vids geladen hat , bekommt der Member mit den 2 Vids , den Platz vom Member mit den einen Vid. Der Member mit dem 1 Vid , wird dann gekickt. Am Stichtag werden alle Punkte nochmal überabeitet.
• Diese Möglichkeit unserer Clubs beitzutragen, gibt es nur an den sogenannten Refresch Tagen.
• Die Vids in den Clubs sind nur für den priv. Gebrauch . Dürfen weder verkauft werden , noch in anderen Clubs gepostest werden. Bei einen Verstoß dagegen, müssenb wir uns von den entsprechenden Member trennen ...

Neuer Boys Club!

Ich wurde oft in den letzten Tagen wegen des neuen Boy Club angeschrieben. Hier einige Informationen dazu ....

Der Boy Club ist momentan noch kein seperater Club. Er gehört zum Youngsters Cam4 Club und nur Mitglieder dieses Cam4 Bereiches können im Boy Club Mitglied werden. Dort gelten keine Activity Regeln und die Aktiviäts Punkte des Youngsters Club , werden angewendet.
Der Boy Club ist ein neuer Chat , den wir gefunden haben. Momentan prüfen wir noch, ob er sich dauerhaft als Teil des Matrix Webcam Clubs machen würde. Da sich dort manchmal auch sehr junge Boys rumtreiben, werden wir die Adresse nicht veröffentlichen. Also bitte nichtmehr deswegen anschreiben ....
Mitglieder des Youngsters Bereich , können mich jedoch wegen einer Einladung zu diesen neuen Club Bereich anschreiben ...

Priv. Blogs / Clubs

Obviously there are still some obscurities concerning our private blogs and the different sections of the club. We have been asked some questions that we would like to answer publicly hoping to make the structure of our club a little more transparent for everyone. NEO has answered these questions for you:

Why are there private blogs and why aren’tthe videos uploaded directly to the groups of Grou.ps?

Neo:

There are different reasons for that. On the one hand there is the bad accessibility of Grou.ps. Their servers are regularly down. And on the other hand there are their consistent notices of error while uploading videos. Furthermore they’re constantly changing their rules.

We tried different providers in the past like Yahoo Groups, Bing and Facebook. But they lack features Grou.ps is offering. So Grou.ps is a good choice and, which is most important, they’re very tolerant concerning what the groups are used for.

Another reason is the activity of the group's members. In the past one could say that out of 100 at least 10 members have been active contributors to the group. That’s when it was fun to put all this work into the project. But during the last year there has been a change. More and more groups and public blogs appeared out of nowhere. To get one’s hands on good material nothing had to be done anymore except for some clicks to download the offered material. So the activity in our groups sunk from 10% to 1%. And it’s not only we who made this experience but we heard the same from admins of other groups.

That’s when we had to decide to either put an end to the Matrix Project or to find a way to activate members. We decided to find a way to motivate all of our members to contribute to the groups again.

By accident around that time one of our blogs had been deleted once again because there seemed to be a video of a minor posted. And so we discovered the possibility of having a private blog.

With such blogs there is no risk of being deleted as they’re not public. Only problem is that only 100 users can be added to private blogs. It’s preset that way by Blogger.com.

To get around the storage limits of Grou.ps and to motivate our members we decided on having several private blogs and club sections.

After the first year we can see that this has been a great success. During the past year over 2.000 videos have been posted to our blogs. Even though the rate of active members in the groups remained low we were very pleased with the activities in the private sections. This gave us the needed motivation to go on with the Matrix Project.

That’s why we ask those of you who have been invited to the private clubs to only post their stuff in there.



What do I have to notice if I have been invited to a private club section?

Neo: These are our rules. They’re necessary to minimize our workload and to simplify organization.

1. After you have been invited to a private blog we ask you to only post and upload to that blog. It will help to prevent the transgression of the Grou.ps’ storage limit.

2. When you upload a video please tag it with your group nickname. That’s important because from time to time we will delete inactive members in order to give active Grou.ps members the chance to become active members of our private blogs.

If you forget to tag your videos it might happen that you’re deleted though you contributed to the blog. Then it’s just not our fault but yours. Everybody is self-responsible to show his activity by adding their own nicks to uploaded videos.

3. We ask you to pay attention to the groups topic when posting videos. If a guy in a video looks really young it has to be uploaded to the Youngsters section. Some of our members only like to watch videos of guys who are at least 20 years old. So with the Youngsters section we followed that request. It’s the place to post videos of boys who might be under age.

4. You only get invitations for those sections you are active in.

5. When the limit of 100 members is reached inactive members will be deleted. That’ll happen every 3 months and we’ll start with members who didn’t contribute anything at all.

Why can’t I be invited to all oft he groups although I’m active?

Neo: The main group has about 2.200 members and there’s only 100 members allowed to the belonging blog. The Stickam Group has 60 members while there are also 100 members allowed to the belonging blog. And the Cam4 group has about 1.600 members with 400 invitations to the belonging blogs being available.

Everybody’s able to immediately see the mismatch between group members and available invitations. With the Stickam Group it’s the other way round. But that has to do with the higher standards for it which are only complied by few people.

The Cam4 section has 4 blogs with different themes.



It is hard to organize everything equitably and without putting somebody at a disadvantage. Though we decided that within the Cam4 section everybody is allowed to ask for multiple invitations. But if somebody has no postings in one of the sections he will be deleted even when that same person is highly active in another section. The sections have to be seen as separated if there are more requests than free spots.

Statistics 15th of January till 15th of Febuary

The Matrix Webcam Club did have its first birthday last week. For us all it has been a successfull year, although only one percent of our members have been active, which seem more like inactivity.

But there is a difference between the groups and the private blogs, Those 30 members of the 4000 groups members have uploaded nearly 1000 videos in the Cam4-Boy-Section and still some hundreds more in the other sections of the private blogs.

In 2010 we started in mid January with our new blogs. Like we said before every year there will be new blogs because we don’t want users that still after 5 years of inactivity can see all videos that where posted. Who doesn’t get access to the private blogs due activity won’t be able later to join them.

We have been asked many times why we make so many c ircumstances with the private blogs and not do free blogs. Well we had in the beginning free blogs but they were deleted after complaints. So we thought a private blogs with only 100 members who got only in there with an invitation and those can post their own stuff too.


We have taken some action from the groups that have always too few storage limits. And you can post something that doesn’t need to be seen in public J

Last but not least we only want to make the files accessible to those that are interested in sharing their files too and not those members that only visit once a month, save the videos and like what has happened before post the files in other groups or on internet sides. Such a thing is not very motivating.

But what did the first month accomplished: the private blogs have been opened around the 15th of January 2010. Now one month later the following files have been posted:

* Boys - Club: 18 videos
* Matrix webcam - Vids: 68 videos
* Cam4 - Boys: 171 videos
* Cam4 - Youngsters: 53 videos
* Cam4 - Studs: 22 videos
* Cam4 - Dad and Son: 6 videos
* Matrix - Stickam: 62 videos

together 400 Videos
by only 56 Members

in the groups : 38 Videos
by about 4000 members

So 400 videos in the first month is a really good balance and you see it is worth to become a member of the blogs because there is life and not in the groups J

Anyway we would like to have your feedback about our first month with the new method.

Statistik - Januar ( 15.01. - 15.02. )

Der Matrix Webcam Club wurde letzte Woche 1 Jahr alt. Für uns war es ein sehr erfolgreiches Jahr , obwohl bei einer Aktivitätsquote von unter 1% auf unsere Member umgerechnet, es auf den ersten Blick doch eher nach Inaktivität aussieht.
Doch sieht man sich an , was diese 30 Member von den insgesamt ca 4.000 Membern, aus unseren Club letztes Jahr, geupload haben, dann kommt man allein auf fast 1.000 Vids im Cam4-Boy Bereich und weiteren hunderten von Vids in den anderen Bereichen.
2010 starteten wir Mitte Januar mit unseren neuen Blogs. Wie wir bereits berichtet haben, gibt es jedes Jahr neue, um einen Anreiz zu bieten nicht nach 5 Jahren plötzlich aktiv zu werden um dann Zugriff auf die letzten 5 Jahre priv. Blogs zu haben. Wer es versäumt im laufenden Jahr durch Aktivität Zugang zu den Club Bereichen zu bekommen, der hat halt Pech gehabt.

Oft wurden wir gefragt , warum machen wir uns soviele Umstände und warum geben wir die Clubs nicht einfach frei. Dazu folgenes.... wir hatten oft genug öffentliche Blogs. Und die ca 2-3-4 Monaten und dann waren sie gesperrt ... all die Arbeit war futsch. Dann haben wir uns überlegt .... 100 Autoren kann man pro priv. Blog einladen ... müßte doch reichen. Priv. Blogs werden nicht gesperrt und 100 Aktivie die man gleich mit Schreibrechten auf diesen Blogs versehen kann, reicht doch.
Mit dieser Aktion entlasten wir die Gruppen, die ständig mit Storage Limits zu kämpfen haben. Und man kann auch mal was posten, was man nicht unbedingt in der Öffentlichkeit posten kann. ;-)
Desweiteren möchten wir unsere Files auch nur denen zugänglich machen, die Intresse an Thema haben und nicht tausende von Membern, die alle paar wochen mal vorbeischauen , die Videos abgrasen und das wars dann und wie geschehen, diese dann in anderen Groups posten, ohne jemals was bei uns gepostest zu haben. Sowas motiviert nicht und gibt uns keinen Anreiz , hier Zeit zu opfern.

Doch was hat der erste Monat gebracht ? Die priv. Blogs wurden ca um den 15.01.2010 eröffnet , jetzt ... einen Monat später , wurden gepostet :

Also ... 400 Vids im ersten Monat , ist eine tolle Bilanz und wie ihr seht , lohnt es sich Member unserer priv. Blogs zu werden, da in unseren Groups kaum was gepostest wird. Das Leben spielt sich in unseren Club Bereichen ab ;-)

After this 3 Month we kicked all inactiv externen Users and give new User a Chnage to be a Member of our Club.

Bei den Stickam Blog und den Cam4 till 19 Blog müssen wir allerdings eine Ausnahme machen. Ansonsten habt ihr heute die Möglichkeit euch alles mal genau anzuschauen und vieleicht einen Anreiz zu haben, Mitglied dieser priv, Blogs zu werden ...

So we open a new Database, with all the hot Boycams from Cam4. In this Database you have Preview Pics and Vids and somtimes full Vids. You can see , if one of our Member have Vids from the Cam that you search. And you can share this Vids with our Members.

Priv. Blogs / Club Bereiche

Offensichtlich gibt es immer noch Unklarheiten, hinsichtlich unserer priv. Blogs bezw. der Club Bereiche.
Dazu wurden uns einige Fragen gestellt, die wir gerne öffentlich beantworten würden, in der Hoffnung die Struktur unseres Clubs transparenter zu machen.Dazu gibt NEO , Antworten auf eure Fragen:

Warum gibt es priv. Blogs und warum postet man die Vids nicht einfach in den Gruppen von Grou.ps ?

Neo:
Das hat verschiedene Gründe. Einmal ist da die absolute schlechte Erreichbarkeit von Grou.ps. Oft gibt es Ausfälle ihrer Server. Dann wiederum gibt es ständig Fehlermeldungen beim hochladen von Vids und nicht zuletzt das ständige ändern von Regeln bei Grou.ps.
Wir haben andere Plattformen wie Yahoo Groups , Bing , Facebook usw. ausprobiert, aber von den Features die dort geboten wurden ist Grou.ps einfach besser und was uns am wichtigsten ist ... Grou.ps ist sehr tolerant.
Das war der Grund der Proformance...
Ein weiterer Grund ist die Aktivität in den Groups. Bisher war es immer so gewesen, das von 100 Mitgliedern mind. 10 aktiv waren. Da hat es Spaß gemacht Zeit in so einen Projekt zu stecken. Im letzten Jahr hat sich das aber sehr gewandelt. Immer mehr Gruppen sind enstanden , immer mehr öffentliche Blogs. Um an " gutes Material " zu kommen, braucht man nichts mehr zu tun. Überall werden einen die Filme nachgeschmissen, man braucht nur noch die Zeit , um sie runterzuladen. So ist die Aktivität in unseren Gruppen von Anfangs 10 % auf unter 1 % gefallen. Das ist nicht nur bei uns so gewesen, auch befreundete Admins anderer Gruppen haben die gleichen Probleme. Einige sprechen sogar von 5 aktiven auf 1.000 Member.
Es stellte sich uns also die Frage , entweder das Matrix Projekt einzustellen oder Wege zu finden, Member zu aktivieren. Wir entschieden uns für die Suche , nach dem Weg der Motivation.
Dabei sind wir durch Zufall, man hatte mal wieder einen Blog von uns gesperrt , weil dort angeblich eine Cam drauf war , wo der Junge nicht 18 Jahre gewesen sein soll, auf die Möglichkeit der priv. Blogs gestoßen.
Diese werden nicht gesperrt, weil sie nicht öffentlich sind. Sie sind also save. Der Nachteil ist allerdings , das auf solchen Blogs , nur 100 User drauf zugreifen können. Das ist so von Blogger.com eingestellt.
Um die Blogs und ihr Speicherlimit zu entlasten und um unsere Member zu motivieren , wurden dann diese priv. Blogs oder auch Club Bereiche eingeführt.
Nach 1 Jahr Erfahrung kann man sagen, sie sind ein großer Erfolg. Letztes Jahr wurden über 2.000 Vids auf diesen Blogs gepostest. Auch wenn die Quote der Aktivität in den Groups weiterhin niedrig blieb, konnten wir uns bei den priv. Berreichen über eine sehr große Aktivität freuen. Dieses gab uns dann letzendlich die Motivation weiter zu machen.
Deshalb bitten wir weiterhin diejenigen von euch , die zu den priv. Clubs eingeladen worden sind , nur dort zu posten !

Auf was muß ich achten wenn ich zu einen priv. Club Bereich eingeladen worden bin ?

Neo: Hier mal die Regeln. Diese sind notwendig , damit wir nicht soviel Arbeit haben und die Organisation erleichtert wird:

• 1. Nach der Einladung bitte nur auf den Blogs post bezw. Vids hochladen. Die Speicherkapazität unserer Groups muß entlastet werden.
• 2. Wenn du ein Vid hochlädst, dann bitte bei den Stichwörtern immer dein Group Nick posten ! Das ist wichtig , damit wir zwischendurch inaktive Member gegen aktive austauschen können. Wenn das vergessen wird und jemand trotz Aktivität aus unseren Clubs entfernt wird, ist das nicht unsere Schuld. Jeder hat durch posten seines Nicks unter den Labeln, selbst dafür Sorge zu tragen, das seine Aktivität für uns sichtbar wird.
• 3.Wir bitten immer die Themen der jeweiligen Groups zu beachten. Wenn zB. jemand auf einen Cam Vid besonders jung aussieht, gehört dieses Vid in der Youngster Group. Einige unserer Member möchten nur Jungs sehn, die mindestens 20 Jahre alt sind. Dem sind wir jetzt nachgekommen und haben für die Jungs , wo man sich nicht sicher ist , ob die 18 sind oder nicht , den Youngster Bereich eröffnet.
• 4. Einladungen gibt es nur für die Bereiche , in denen man aktiv ist.
• 5. Wenn die Grenze von 100 Membern erreicht ist , werden inaktive aus den Groups entfernt. Dies geschieht ca alle 3 Monate und anfangen werden wir mit Membern und 0 Postings.

Warum kann ich nicht zu allen Groups eingeladen werden, wenn ich aktiv bin ?

Neo: Die Main Group hat ca. 2.200 Member und 100 Plätze zu verteilen. Die Stickam Group bringt es auf ca 60 Member und 100 Plätze und die Cam 4 Group hat ca.1.600 Member und 400 Plätze.
Jeder erkennt auf Anhieb die Disharmonie von Member Plätzen und Club Plätzen. Nur bei der Stickam Group ist das genau umgekehrt , weil wir dort stärkere Maßstäbe ansetzen, die nur von den wenigsten erfüllt werden. Beim Cam4 Bereich haben wir 4 verschiedene Themen Gruppen.

Es ist schon sehr schwierig, als dies zu organisieren , das möglichst fair , ohne jemand zu benachteiligen. Wir haben uns deshalb überlegt , das beim Cam4 Bereich durchaus jemand den Wunsch äußern kann in meheren Bereichen eingeladen zu werden, aber wenn er dort 0 postings hat und jemnad anderes mit 2 oder 3 Postings in diesen Bereich reinmöchte , dann muß derjenige gehn, der keine hat , auch wenn er in anderen Bereichen mehr hat. Die Bereiche sind seperat zu sehen, wenn es mehr Anwärter als Plätze gibt !
